Originally from the UK, I moved to Portugal's Silver Coast in 2017 and have never looked back. What started as a love affair with the country became a daily commitment to helping others discover what I found: a slower, richer, more connected way of life.
Through Good Morning Portugal! — my daily breakfast show, podcast and community — and my work with Expats Portugal, I've spent years alongside many people navigating their first steps right through to having the keys to their own home, and remain a friend and guide for the years to come.
I write a column for the Portugal Resident, host their twice-weekly podcast, and stay rooted in the local community — hosting a weekly meetup or social night, as well as running a fun culture quiz at a village bar. I know Portugal from the inside.
